Constantly & 50/50 LFF Galas
Have a gander in the stars of last nightTwo gala films made their bow yesterday evening in the BFILondon Film Festival, Constantly and 50/50. They'd a couple of things in keeping: both saw associations going less-than-easily both of them are a little unpredicted and cooler than you'd think, and both star a few of the cooler youthful stars around.First of all, author/director Drake Doremus and star Felicity Johnson were around for Constantly, which sees Johnson like a youthful British student who falls to have an American (Anton Yelchin) but sees the romance encounter problems when she's thrown in the country for outstaying her visa. There's able support from the kind of Jennifer Lawrence, the Twilight Saga's Charlie Bewley and Alex Kingston too - pretty good opting for this type of disgustingly youthful director (he's only 28).Then there is 50/50, the "cancer comedy" in which Frederick Gordon-Levitt is taken ill and needs to adjust his existence accordingly - a procedure that naturally comes with an impact upon his buddies (including SethRogen) and the girlfriend (Bryce Dallas Howard). He's also designated, in their treatment, a doctorate candidate to evaluate his condition (Anna Kendrick). Rogen and Kendrick were both available last evening, seeing the film off in fashion.50/50 has gone out within the UKon November 25, and Constantly follows on Feb 3 the coming year. The LFFcontinues until October 26.
